DIRECTIONS

1. We advise sharing the experience with a partner.
2. Find a comfortable, draft free place to lie down.
3. Use non-flammable materials to lay over, and under participant, cover head support in same manner.
4. Lay down + place towel around ear to cover hair.
5. Place ear candle vertically in ear and light end.
6. Gently twist into position for a good seal between ear and candle. Do not force into ear.
7. The sound of fire is heard when the candle is positioned correctly.
8. Partner should remain holding the candle vertically, observing the burn process, for approx 8 mins.
9. Do not burn past the stop mark.
10. Remove candle and extinguish flame in your glass of water.
11. Repeat whole process for opposite ear.
12. After treating both ears rest for a further 5-10 mins to enhance the experience.
